先搞明白 list quote单引号 ' 的用法。

'((0 . "circle")
         (62 . 7)
         (10 position);; 这里的position 不是变量,因为在 单引号 quote 范围内,下一行同理。
               (40 . us_Radius))
          )
所以要写成下面的形式
(list '(0 . "circle")
       '(62 . 7)
       (cons 10 position)
      (cons 40 us_Radius))
          )
