请教高手:关于拉伸块中文字递增的问题

如图,我做了一个可拉伸的活动块表格,表格预设了1~4编号,拉伸的时候新增加的表格编号会自动复制最上边的4,现在想实现拉伸增加的表格序号自动递增,比如拉伸了一格编号就自动递增为5,拉伸了两格编号自动递增为5、6。以此类推,能否通过编程实现该功能呢?(图片标注写反了,两个换一下位置)
