帮你查了一下autodesk knowledgeBASE, 应该可以解决了
Warning! Problems caused by improperly editing the Windows registry could render your computer operating system unusable. Microsoft provides a wealth of critical information that you need to know about the registry in the Microsoft Knowledge Base at http://support.microsoft.com/support.
Use the Microsoft® Registry Editor only at your own risk and only after backing up the registry as well as the system.dat and user.dat files as outlined for your operating system in the Microsoft Knowledge Base and in the related solution, TS66513. Additional information about the registry is also contained in the Help topics in the Microsoft Registry Editor.
Log on as a member of the local Administrators group.
On the Start menu (Windows), click Run.
In the Run dialog box, enter regedt32 (注意,是regedt32, 不是regedit)in the Open box and click OK.
The Registry Editor is now running.
Navigate to the following subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Autodesk
On the Security menu, click Permissions.
For Windows XP, click the Edit menu.
In the dialog box, select the Administrators group for the local machine.
The permissions for the Administrators group are now displayed below the list of groups.
Select all check boxes in the Allow column.
Click Apply, and then click OK to return to the Registry Editor.
Exit the Registry Editor.
Log in with an account that is a member of the Administrators or Power Users group and test that the program can now be run.
