4.       Education  Requirements:

Ÿ           Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering of prestige university, Master degree is preferred, but not a must.

 

5.       Other Requirements:

Ÿ           At least 3 years of experience in the development or application of automotive fastening and assembly solutions.

Ÿ           Previous work in and familiarity with the automotive marketplace, its customers and business climate. Direct and frequent contact with Automotive OEMs and Tier One Suppliers is desirable.

Ÿ           Familiarity with and significant exposure to contemporary tools of product development: 3D CAD and CAE.

Ÿ           The knowledge Advanced Product Quality Planning, DFM&A, PPAP and etc.

Ÿ           Fluent in English, verbal and writing.

Ÿ           Computer skill for Office software, and Design software.

Ÿ           Sales and project development/management in automotive industry will be preferred.
