请教如何设置尺寸界线的高度为一个定值

大家如图片所示，我想把图中的H值设置为一个定值，以便实现自动标注，请问大家这个数值有什么函数设置，如何实现，实在是想不出如何设置，请大家多多指教！！

以上是旋转标注的构造函数，第四人参数const AcGePoint3d& dimLinePoint就是设置H高度值的。
