1. Calling all experts! Are you fluent in .NET?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Have you worked much in .NET? Do you consider yourself an AutoCAD® API expert? Are you interested in offering advice on how Autodesk should implement a native .NET interface for AutoCAD?
If the answer is "yes" to all three of these questions, we would like to talk to you. Send an e-mail to jim.quanci@autodesk.com and let us know if you would like to work with us on a native .NET interface for AutoCAD. In your email, please provide:
A little background on your experience working with .NET.
A brief overview of your experience developing applications with AutoCAD (including the API's you work with).
What benefits you expect from an AutoCAD native .NET interface.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
2. Consultants: Have you highlighted your services on autodesk.com?
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We are delighted to feature ADN members who are willing to help our customers port to the newest versions of our products. To do that, we’ve created several new pages to highlight consultants on autodesk.com. There are pages for each of our products. Check to see if you’re listed!
Sample URLs:
AutoCAD® 2004 http://partnerproducts.autodesk.com/compatiblewith/autocad.asp
Autodesk Map™ 2004 http://partnerproducts.autodesk.com/compatiblewith/map.asp
Autodesk Inventor® http://partnerproducts.autodesk.com/compatiblewith/inventor.asp.
Here’s how to make sure your name shows up:
1. Go to http://adn.autodesk.com.
2. Select "My Products/Company" from the left navigation bar.
3. Click on the blue bar labeled “My Product/Company Data”.
4. Go to "art 3: Company Information" and look under "Additional Company Information" where you'll be able to provide information about your consulting services. You can pick two Autodesk products you know very well.
5. It’s as simple as that! If you can provide expert assistance for our most recent product releases, we are happy to let our customers know about it!

3. June discount to exhibit at Autodesk University
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Autodesk University 2003 will be held December 2nd - 5th at the MGM Grand Hotel and Conference Center in Las Vegas. Our International GIS Users Conference takes place at the same time.
With more than 250 classes, and more than 60 displays in the expo hall, “AU” continues to be our most popular customer event. Think about exhibiting in front of a crowd of 3500 people. If you act now, you have a better choice of booth space, at an even better price.
Early-Bird discounts are available to exhibitors who sign up before June 30, 2003. For more information, contact: june.nakatani@autodesk.com.
Also: Remember to save the date of December 1st for our annual Developer Day at AU. Because this FREE event is held the day before AU officially begins, you can still exhibit and/or attend the customer conference if you wish. Online registration opens in August.
