怎样调用acrxEntryPoint？

AcRx::AppMsgCode msg	Input message to display
void * pkt	Input a pointer to the object packet.

acrxEntryPoint可以GetProAddress得到，关键是这个pkt，怎么得到呢？

有个arx，初始化的代码放在kNullMsg里，而不是kInitAppMsg里。
所以也不知道什么时候会产生kNullMsg信息。
