VBA致命错误，谁有经验

单位新近从2005升级到2007，然后就有了怪问题，大部分电脑中VBA都不能正常启动，CAD菜单的宏下面所有的几个都不能点，一点CAD就致命错误，用命令也不行，但CAD其它一切正常。而且，CAD2005和Office中的VBA工作正常。重新安装也一样，激活前和激活后都不行，关闭一些杀毒等程序，还是这样。察看Windows的事件察看器，得到下列提示：The description for Event ID ( 0 ) in Source ( .NET Runtime ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. The following information is part of the event: Unable to open shim database version registry key - v2.0.50727.00000.
