The other opening: Pro-e CAD Designer. We prefer those who are familiar with
    Pro-E Wild Fire 2.0 (English Version)
    
    
    BASIC FUNCTION
    
    Develop CAD drawings and specifications for engineering projects, including
    new, revised and modified products. Work is to be performed using Pro-E and
    CAD system.
    
    RESPONSIBILITIES
    
    1. Develop highly complex parametric components, assemblies, layouts,
    and specifications with high level of understanding with respect to design
    intent and good understanding of manufacturing processes.
    2. Originate ideas for new products, product features, and product
    modifications.
    3. Perform reverse engineering from scanned data, foam models, etc.
    4. Create mold assemblies when doing work within the model shop.
    5. Develop innovative ways of utilizing CAD/CAM/CAE into engineering
    and manufacturing processes.
    6. Assist design engineers in the development of highly complex
    components, products, and prototypes.
    7. Provide assistance to project teams in the origination and updating
    of development plans, budgets, and preparation of product cost information.
    8. Perform Specific responsibilities of lower level designers as
    outlined.
    9. Perform limited platform troubleshooting (Product Center, ProE, and
    other CAD Applications). Facilitate CAD system improvements.
    
    RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS
    
    Supervisory Relationships
    
    1. Reports to Engineering Service Supervisor.
    2. Frequent mentoring of other personnel may be required in the form of
    aiding in the training and development of lower level designers.
    
    Organizational Relationships
    
    1. Regular cross-departmental or business unit team member. Occasional
    contact with other Kohler Business Units outside PNA.
    2. Accumulate data from other PNA group functions.
    
    External Business Relationships
    
    1. Frequently contact external vendors and consultants for the purpose
    of business decision making.
    
    
    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
    
    1. Associate or Bachelor degree in related Engineering Technician
    field. Minimum 6-10 years experience using a 3D modeling software.
    2. Proficient at data interface: STEP, IGES, DXF, STL, FTP; Working
    understanding of MS Project.
    3. CAD experience is required but will be trained to operate within
    Kohler Co. CAD systems and Product Center.
    4. Able to read and write English fluently. Able to speak at basic
    communication level in English.
