1. Changes to Viewer Licensing: Read and print the attached notice!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Does your application need to view AutoCAD® 2004 .dwgs, Autodesk Inventor® files, or the new .DWF™ file format? For many of you, the answer is YES. A number of you responded to our recent survey on viewing products. Thank you! Your feedback was very important, and heavily influenced Autodesk’s new licensing framework. With your input, the pricing group designed a package specifically with ADN members in mind.
Volo® View 3 -- with full support for the new 2004 family .dwg file format -- will be released at the end of May. The attached FAQ describes what changes will be taking place with our viewing products. There will be new licensing terms and conditions – as well as special pricing for ADN members. Please print out the attached document and read through this important information.
Plus you can download the Volo View 3 beta today from the ADN Extranet.

2. Add to the AutoCAD® “wish list” …. Deadline is May 1, 2003.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We are already planning for the next releases of the AutoCAD product family. Help us create the "AutoCAD API Wish List" by completing the quick online survey at: http://www.zoomerang.com/survey.zgi?QXBXFPFKFMFR65K87HVJ68W0.
Autodesk will use your input to prioritize API enhancements as they work on AutoCAD and AutoCAD-based products. Don’t wait to cast your vote! Our team is eager to start writing code. Deadline for submissions: May 1, 2003.

3. Does your product show up on www.autodesk.com?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
More than 300 partner products are already compatible with AutoCAD 2004 software – and they are featured on special pages on autodesk.com:
AutoCAD® 2004 http://partnerproducts.autodesk.com/compatiblewith/autocad.asp
Autodesk® Arch. Desktop 2004 http://partnerproducts.autodesk.com/compatiblewith/archdesktop.asp
Autodesk Map™ 2004 http://partnerproducts.autodesk.com/compatiblewith/map.asp
This page is what we point our customers to when they’re asking about their favorite add-on. Are you on that page? If your product is compatible with AutoCAD 2004 – or any of the other AutoCAD 2004-based vertical products – but you’re not showing up on autodesk.com, then you may not have updated your product/company information.
Remember, our partner pages are database-driven, so you control how your products appear to our customers and resellers. That’s why it is so important to keep the information up-to-date. Here’s how:
1. Go to http://adn.autodesk.com.
2. Select "My Products/Company" from the left navigation bar.
3. Click on the blue bar labeled “My Product/Company Data”.
4. In this area, you can review all of the information that you have stored with us.
Part 4 contains your product data. See whether all of your products are on the list – and make sure you tell us which of our products they complement.
If you provide Consulting Services for any of the AutoCAD 2004 product family, you can also obtain extra exposure on our "Compatible Apps" Consulting web pages by updating the Consulting Services information you provide us in Part 3 which contains your company data.
*** NOTE: For those of you who build products for Autodesk Inventor software … now that R7 is out, you’ll want to let customers know you’re ready. So update your data, too! The Autodesk Inventor page is: http://partnerproducts.autodesk.com/compatiblewith/inventor.asp.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
