Please use “AcEdInputPointMonitor” class to get the information about entity below the mouse position. Refer ObjectARX SDK sample “inputpoint” (found C:\ObjectARX 2010\samples\reactors\inputpoint\) for implementation details of “AcEdInputPointMonitor”.

如果是按右键来指导后续操作，就要用hook比较快速，至于如何在arx中使用hook，ls百度下，应该很多！
