Ever hear the phrase "Patience is a virtue"?
You treat the people here who are trying to help you as though they were your own paid staff and they aren't. They are all volunteers giving generously of their time. Try to show some patience. Delays can be due to the time zones the respondents are in versus the one you are in. Weather can interrupt communications. Maybe someone can't help you because they are busy at work where they actually get paid. These volunteers also have a "life" with responsibilities. They cannot drop everything they are doing just so they can assist you. Give them a break.
