 Do u check "Define button action"?

 You lost the function which name is "LSD_FORM1_CMDACTION"

 Maybe u change the name  of function or u delete the function

 If u don't want to define the action of these button in the VB form

 Just delete the line below in the function of "(defun c:tt()" in the lsp file

 that is:

 (lsd_Form1_cmdAction) ;Define button action
